General Terms and Conditions of Sale for Mondo Zen Travel - MihanaGo.

ARTICLE 1:

LEGAL BASIS OF THE CONTRACT This contract is governed by the provisions of the Dahir des Obligations et des Contrats (DOC), as well as Law No. 31-96, which regulates travel agencies, and its implementing decree, Decree No. 2-97-547 of 25 Jumada II 1418 (October 28, 1997).

ARTICLE 2:

OBJECT OF THE CONTRACT This contract defines the rights and obligations of Mondo Zen Travel - MihanaGo and the client regarding the booking of travel services, whether for online holiday packages, tailor-made services, or any other travel-related services.

ARTICLE 3:

PRICE The prices of the trips are indicated at the time of purchase. Mondo Zen Travel - MihanaGo reserves the right to modify the prices if economic variations occur (e.g., increase in fuel prices, airport taxes, VAT, exchange rates, etc.), after registration and non-confirmation of the trip or in case the full price has not been paid.

Prices are listed in euros (EUR) or dollars (USD), and may change based on currency fluctuations, number of participants, or travel period. Mondo Zen Travel - MihanaGo will always confirm the prices to the client before the contract is signed.

ARTICLE 4:

CANCELLATION / REGISTRATION Any reservation must be accompanied by the following payments, otherwise, the booking will be canceled:

First deposit of 30% of the total price of the trip, payable at registration. Second deposit of 70% of the selling price, payable at least 15 days before departure. Trip Modification: If a client wishes to modify the departure or return dates, duration, or transportation method, a request can be accepted, but handling fees will apply, at 350 USD, which may be adjusted depending on the conditions. Cancellation by the client: The client can cancel the trip at any time, subject to the following penalties, calculated on the total price of the trip: More than 60 days before departure: 5% of the selling price. From 60 to 40 days before departure: 25% of the selling price. From 39 to 30 days before departure: 50% of the selling price. From 29 to 16 days before departure: 75% of the selling price. Less than 15 days before departure: 100% of the selling price. Cancellation by Mondo Zen Travel - MihanaGo: In case of force majeure, strikes, political unrest, or any other event preventing the trip, Mondo Zen Travel - MihanaGo reserves the right to cancel the trip, providing a full refund of the amounts paid.

ARTICLE 5:

RESPONSIBILITY Mondo Zen Travel - MihanaGo acts as an intermediary between the client and the service providers (hotels, airlines, transporters, etc.). Mondo Zen Travel - MihanaGo does not guarantee the proper execution of services provided by the service providers, and cannot be held responsible for flight delays, overbooking, or any other events outside of its control.

ARTICLE 6:

PASSPORT / VISA / FLIGHT TICKETS The client is responsible for obtaining all necessary travel documents, such as passports and visas. Mondo Zen Travel - MihanaGo cannot be held responsible in case of visa refusal, delay in its issuance, or any other difficulties related to these documents.

ARTICLE 7:

MODIFICATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS Modification initiated by Mondo Zen Travel - MihanaGo: If an external event forces Mondo Zen Travel - MihanaGo to modify an essential element of the trip, the client will be informed as soon as possible and may choose to accept the modification or cancel without additional costs, with a full refund of the amounts paid.

ARTICLE 8:

MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS The client agrees to comply with all laws and regulations of the visited country. Any complaint must be sent in writing within 8 days after the return from the trip to contact@mihanago.com, or by mail to the following address: 63 Rue Rguibate, Casablanca, Morocco.

ARTICLE 9:

APPLICABLE LAW Any legal action arising from this contract is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Casablanca and to Moroccan law.

ARTICLE 10:

PERSONAL DATA The personal data of clients is collected to process their booking requests. This information may be shared with Mondo Zen Travel - MihanaGo's partners who provide the services (hotels, transporters, etc.) to facilitate the organization of the trip.
