Detailed Program

DAY 1 : Agadir – Essaouira

Morning departure from Agadir with your private English-speaking driver. You’ll follow the scenic Atlantic coastal road heading north.
Arrival in Essaouira in the afternoon.
Meet your local guide for a private walking tour of the old medina (UNESCO World Heritage):
– Historic ramparts
– Colorful fishing port
– Artisan workshops and souks
Check-in at a 4★ or 5★ hotel or charming riad located in the medina or near the ocean.
Dinner and overnight in Essaouira.

DAY 2 : Essaouira – Marrakech

After breakfast, drive inland to the bustling imperial city of Marrakech.
Upon arrival, meet your local guide for a half-day tour of the highlights:
– The iconic Jemaael-Fna Square with its lively street performers
– The bustling souks
– Traditional neighborhoods and historical monuments

Free time in the afternoon to explore or relax in a café.
Check-in at your 4★ or 5★ hotel or luxury riad in the medina or the Hivernage district.
Dinner and overnight in Marrakech.

 

DAY 3 : Marrakech – Ouarzazate

Early morning departure after breakfast.
Travel across the majestic High Atlas Mountains via the Tizi’n Tichka pass (2,260 meters).
On the way, visit:
– The Kasbah of Telouet, an ancestral residence of the Glaoui family
– The Ksar of Aït Ben Haddou, a UNESCO World Heritage site and film location for numerous movies
Continue towards Ouarzazate.
Check-in at a charming guesthouse or 4★ hotel with pool.
Dinner and overnight in Ouarzazate.

DAY 4 : Ouarzazate – Agadir

After breakfast, visit the Kasbah of Taourirt, a historical landmark of Ouarzazate.
Then drive south-west toward Agadir via:
– Tazenakht, known for Berber carpets
– Taliouine, Morocco’s saffron capital (possible free lunch stop)
– Taroudant, often referred to as “Little Marrakech”

Arrival in Agadir in the late afternoon.
End of the tour.

Accommodation on HB (half-board) in all hotels except the show dinner day.

Transfer by 4WD from Erfoud to Merzouga and vice versa.
